I ordered a 2 GHz Core 2 Duo X60 which runs 64 bit code which I need and has 100 GB 7200 HD. I'm running some Java code and need the "pep"
Euclid has this computer (new) for $1963

NOTE: Be wary of many units on ebay which claim to have 3 year warranty but are really six months IBM and 3 years "Mack" which are next to useless. Want to have the full time with IBM so you get top service and support (e.g. 800-IBM-SERV). Also, no need to worry about getting a unit with stuck/dead pixels.
The new unit has arrived a bit later than promised. Here is my ebay ID: dfumento http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl ... d=dfumento

Check out what Jim Forbes writes about this superlaptop. I just needed a faster unit for software development.
