Free to a good home: Orinoco "Silver" 802.11b PCMCIA card. Excellent condition, will provide effective wireless functionality to an older ThinkPad without built-in wireless. (802.11b is still faster than most broadband Internet connections.)

Shipping should be no more than $5 (air mail in a padded envelope) to just about anywhere in the world.

Somehow my sister managed to buy a laptop a year back that didnt have built in wireless...

I'm tempted, for the fact an external antenna can usually be attached to an Orinoco, but others are probably more in need for any kind of card.
