Canon 350D digital camera with 17-85 IS USM lens

I recently upgraded my camera so this one is for sale.
The camera is in pristine condition. Black body.
The lens is actually brand new. Only about a week. I bought it before I was given the new camera as Christmas Gift. It is a 17-85 lens with IS USM functionality. This is a very good camera to go with either 20D or Digital Rebel.
3 additional batteries and one 512M CF card are included.
I will upload pictures if there is any interest.
I would like to let the whole kit go for around $900 if paid in cash locally (between New York and Boston).
