Looking for T23 Product Recovery CDs

IBM shows these part numbers for the Product Recovery CD:
USA: 32P7276 (replacing 32P6722)
UK: 32P7277 (replacing 32P6723)
Could also use any other needed CDs useful for installing to a new HD. (inheriting this from an exasperated daughter-in-law who replaced it - a fix it or...
toss it situation). I'd like to salvage it if I can. They were the original owners and it originally had XP-Pro.
I've checked out some of the threads here with procedural advice for doing this.
Appreciate any additional advice/comments or please PM me with any availability/cost related info.
