FS: PC-133(?) RAM

I found 2 SODIMMs packed away in separate anti-static bags. One has 4 Samsung chips with the number KM48S16030T-G10 on each. The other has 4 NEC chips with the number F4564163G5 on each. I am assuming these are PC-133 SODIMMs since I've owned X23's and T23's in the past few years and they are likely the chips I removed when I upgraded to larger RAM. They are probably either 128MB or 256MB (or possibly one of each). The words "tested good" are written on the bags in my handwriting. I don't know for sure what they are and I don't have the time to research these so I'm just going to ask for offers on one or both. If you need PC-133 RAM and want to take some time to find out what they are then E-MAIL me an offer. I can't list a selling price since I don't know the value of something I haven't identified. I'd prefer to ship withing the US only on these items.

Again, please E-MAIL your offers or questions and don't PM as I don't get back here often.

I might be interested, did a little research, but not sure what the following means:

Part Number = KM48S16030T-G10
Manufacturer Name = Samsung Semiconductor
Description = Synchronous Dynamic RAM - 4 Bank x 4M x 8 Bit SDRAM
Number of Words = 16M
Bits Per Word = 8
t(acc) Max. (S) = 7n
Output Config = 3-State
P(D) Max.(W) Power Dissipation = 1
Nom. Supp (V) = 3.3
Package = TSOP
Pins = 54
Military = N
Technology = CMOS

This would be a 128MB sodimm
