It's runs at 650mhz. 
I have available for sale the processor mentioned in the subject line, the speedstep mod is already done in it.
If your computer uses the MMC-2 processor module this is a excelent upgrade works with both spedstep enabled model and non speedstep enabled models.
It was tested with my 770Z and did not made any errors and is working perfectly.
