WTB: Ultrabay 2000 DVD drive

I need an Ultrabay 2000 DVD drive for an X22 dock...I checked eBay, and as usual the prices are ridiculous!

It doesn't have to be in mint condition, so long as it works.

I have one (along with a bunch of ultrabay floppies - want any of those?) - what would be a reasonable price to you?
W520 4276-37U, W520 4282-A61, and X61T 7769-A67 ThinkPads; D20 4155-CTO ThinkStations; plus lots of ThinkCentres
