Wondering what my 770X is worth...

I'm considering upgrading to something better (possibly a decent A31P if I can find one) and am wondering what my beloved 770X is worth. Being that the majority of the 770's on Fleabay are parts only/junkers, it's really not much help for me to peruse those. Anyhoo here's the specs...
*Thinkpad 770X 9549-7AU (12/98 )
*300 mhz PII processor
*320 MB memory (max without messing with the internal module I think)
*13.7" SXGA LCD display (no dead pixels)
*not sure about the hard drive--have an 80GB HD in now, but would replace it with the original 8GB drive if the larger one wouldn't add much to the price
*DEVA card (have the mini cable adapter as well)
*DVD-ROM drive (guts replaced with a Matsu SR-8178 drive--works with all those copied DVDs you don't want anyone else to know you have
)
*internal 56K modem (works)
*relatively decent battery (<1 year old, 1-1.5 hrs per charge)
*2 AC adapters (both work)
*OEM IBM car adapter (works)
*(almost forgot about) IBM floppy drive
*could throw in a WIFI card with it (either a B or G card--nothing special)
*would likely sell without an OS (have XP Pro on it now)
Condition-wise, I'd say it's cosmetically fair-good (lid portion is scratched up, bottom and palmrest paint is pretty lousy--I covered both the bottom and palmrest with some nice gray marble Contact Paper (doesn't look half bad that way). It's also missing the external monitor cable cover (broke off), some of the screw covers, and the top PCMCIA door is stuck open. Otherwise, the usual wear you'd probably find on an 8+ year old machine (minor cracks, scratches, etc.)
Only functional problem is that the screen image will sometimes go flaky if the lid is tilted at the "wrong" angle. A couple of taps on the lid will almost always correct it. I had the machine apart sometime ago and managed to fix the problem for awhile but it eventually came back. I'm guessing the video cable might be on it's way out...probably an easy enough fix. Other than that, I can't really say there's any significant functional problems with it. It runs XP reasonably well considering the processor speed, and would probably be decent enough for someone who wants function and isn't overly worried about what it looks like.
Can anyone give me a ballpark what this relic could fetch?
