Perusing through the A series section, I see that a few people have had terminal problems with their A22x. This leads me to beleive that there may be some restore disks available. Anybody have any they would care to part with?

Reason: bought a used A22M off eBay and the harddrive was formatted (I've since loaded W2K on it) and I would like to get it back to factory fresh for future problem solving.

If you have a set of T2x recovery disks, it will work on the A series. then just go to IBM/Lenovo website to install Software Installer to get the rest of the drivers.

No unfortunately I don't, at least that one still has the IBM_SERVICE partition on it.

Could I do a disk-to-disk transfer? I've got the drivers burnt to a CD.
