WTB: ThinkPad 760/770 Video In/Out Cable

I'm looking to get a video in/out cable for my ThinkPad 770ED. This is also the same cable as used on the TP 755CD, 760 and 600 series laptops. If anyone has this and is willing to part with it, let me know, thanks.

Also, if anyone has a DVD drive for the 770 that they'll let go for cheap, let me know, thanks.
