WTB - 512mb memory for T40

I am interested in a stick of 512mb of ram for the T40 (PC 2100, I think PC 2700 will work as well). Please PM me if you have any available.

I have a k-byte PC2700 DDR 333 w/ Lifetime Warranty (bought from BestBuy in Texas) going on ebay soon for around 40+shipping.

Even though the T40 is designed to use PC2100, try to get a PC2700 stick, so that it can be used on PC2700 machines in the future. The price difference is very small.
