looking for two sticks, prefer IBM stock FRU# 33L3070 or # 33L3069 or Crucial/Micron #MT16LSDF3264HG PC100.

Well, Crucial sells them for $75 right now. Actually a guaranteed-compatible PC133 part.

Kahlon has a compatible part for $62. I've used Kahlon before and recommend them.

thank you for your reply, since this is my first attempt at changing RAM, I want to stick to the PC100 which IBM recommends for my T22. I'll check out Kahlon.
