WTB: Thinkpad T42

I am going to rejoin the Thinkpad world after selling my T23 about a year ago and picking up a 1GHz Powerbook G4 (Which I love and will keep until it dies).

So I am selling 2 other powerbooks and my Compaq Armada M300 (loaded). The powerbooks are on e-bay right now and I know I am getting atleast $550 for them. I am going to list my Armada on e-bay (unless someone here wants it). Here's the specs

Armada M300
PIII 600MHz
320MB RAM (Maxed)
40GB HD
MEU Unit w/ floppy and CD-ROM
Win2K License
Compaq WL-110 Wifi card (it's an Orinico gold card, rebadged)
AC Adapter
Stick battery

Would sell it for $150 shipped in CONUS.

Anyway I should have around $650 - $700 to spend on a Thinkpad.

I would love a T42p. 512MB of RAM and smallish HD are OK as I already have RAM and a 120GB HD ready to go for it.

So heres what I want to know. Keeping the RAM and HD down, what is the biggest baddest T42 I can pick up in my budget (including shipping costs)?

Would prefer to buy from here, but can go the e-bay route as necessary.

I can't wait to pick up a new machine! I have been thinking about this for months and finally decided the time and my current requirements are just right and to go for it.

P.S. - Can't pay right now. I can pay in about a week as soon as my e-bay auction ends. I listed it for 10 days and still have 8 more days to go. Hopefully someone will hit buy it now and save the agony.
