All first time electronic sales that includes a LCD screen that are sold in California are required to pay the state an eWaste fee according to screen size. Different $ for different size ranges. This is true whenever you buy anything that contains a LCD screen that is larger than 4in (I believe). I am not exactly sure what the size begins with when the eWaste fee is required.

Unfortunately this is one of the higher priced pre-configured model. Lenovo's web price for this model is $2849.
Feel free to send me offers via PM. Just keep in mind that this computer is still in its sealed box and will be sold as new with proper receipt. I know there are internet sellers publishing down low prices (with no inventory) but I cannot compete with them and please be reasonable when sending offers.
