I have for sale 1 (one) 512mb PC2-5300 DDR2 667mhz SODIMM. The chips are made by Samsung.

This card was pulled from my X60 series. It was used/tested for one day when it first got my computer, before I upgraded my memory. I will ship it in the packaging that my new memory came in.
