This is one piece of Micron MT8LSDT1664HG-10EB1 128MB 100Mhz 144-pin PC100 SODIMM SDRAM. It has an 'IBM Approval' stamp and was OEM in my T20.

$15 + shipping (should be low), Paypal preferred.
