56w or 75w - how can I tell?

I'm not sure how to determine the answer to your question.

Just look on the label where it says Output, it will either say 16V/4.5A(72W) or 16V/3.36A(56W).

Both adapters state "16V - 4.5A", so I guess the answer to your question is 72W.
