WTB: X31 motherboard (91P7681) or FS: X31 w/out motherboard

My X31 needs a new motherboard. If anyone happens to have one lying around, I'd be interested in purchasing it.
If no such motherboards turn up, I'd be interested in selling the remains of the X31 for whatever it fetches.
