WTB: Dead CD-ROM for 600/UltraslimBay (or DVD-ROM)

Hello,
I am looking to apply the "swap connectors and rails method" from my working T23 DVD-ROM and use it in my 600X - but I don't have any drive for the 600X.
So, since I only need the connector and rails, this is an opportunity to get a few $$ (PayPal) for your dead CD-ROM or DVD-ROM.

I think I have one laying around...I will have to check in my box of parts tommorrow...If I have it you can have it for the cost of the cheapest shipping I can find.

I have a working CD-ROM/caddy from my dead 600E, I could sell it to you if you want.

What do you mean by "caddy" in this context ?
(I'm looking to use this is the empty internal drive slot visible in the front right of the 600X)

It has the rails and adapter on it. It's as it was when I pulled it out of the ThinkPad.

Anyway, I'll wait for a dead one - I'm not looking to pay much for anything (since I only want the rails and the IDE connector parts).
