WTB: T21 or T23 (Found and Bought)

I now have a PIII chip in my 600E, but would like to get something a little newer. I am looking for a either a T21 or T23. I do not need the hard drive, but need everything else. CD-ROM will do for the optical drive for my use. I would like RAM around 256MB, and I need the battery to last 2 1/2 hours because outlets are a premium at my school. I can pay through PayPal. I am looking to spend no more than $140. PM with any offers.

Your budget seems to be too little to get either a T22 nor the T23. Have you thought of some alternatives rather than the T series? How about the 600X?

600X will go for a lot more money than a T21. The 600x is a more desirable machine because of its construction. I have found better T21's on eBay anywhere from $100-150 cheaper than 600x's with lower specs. I am looking at my options right now. My Pentium III desktop has spoiled me to the point that I am considering a faster laptop. I have upgraded my 600E to a PIII 450MHz chip, but My desktop still blows it away. $140 is my limit, but I am interested in what deals people are offering me.
