Considering Trade: X60s for C2D T60

#1 Post by RUSH2112 » Mon Jan 29, 2007 10:20 pm

I just want to throw this out there, if anyone is interested in a trade I will consider it (though I have not fully made up my mind).

I am looking for a Core 2 Duo T60 with SXGA+ in good shape, those are the only requirements I have (I would also consider a UXGA T60p Core Duo)

My X60s is a 1704-69U, warranty until Aug 2009
Core Duo L2400 1.66GHz
1.5GB DDR2
100GB 5400
Verizon WWAN
Atheros ABG card
8 cell battery
X6 w/ DVDRW

Again, I'm not exactly sure that I want to get rid of it, but if someone is looking to swap their C2D T60 for an X60s, just PM me and if I'm tempted (I'm an impulse buyer), I'll trade with you.

It'll help if you post the screen size you want ...
Now: T60 2613-EKU | T23 2647-9NU | 600X 2645-9FU | HP 100LX
Past: X31 2673-Y13 | T41 2374-3HU | T22 2647-AEU

Rules of the road :thumbs-UP:

I don't think it's a C2D, but my brother has a stock model 2623-D6U that is only a few months old and in excelent condition that he would be interested in trading somehow as he needs something small to go with the big Dell business laptop his employer gave him (which is why he wants to sell or trade the T60). The only defect is that his sxga+ screen had 2 dead pixels right out of the box (one is close to the upper left corner and the other about 2" from the lower right corner). Because it's sxga+ and the pixels are so small one doesn't notice unless they are looked for. If interested please E-MAIL me (no PM's please) to see what can be worked out.

Lenovo T60 (IPS) - Fujitsu ST5020D - Fujitsu Q2010 - Docks and accessories for each (and a roomfull of stuff I can't use.)

Well, going to a T60 is something of a downgrade for me, because I enjoy the size and battery life of the X Series, but I could use the power and larger resolution of a T60. Getting one with a C2D, mentally at least, makes up for this.
Seeing as how that a normal Core Duo with overall lesser specs than the X60s, I would consider a trade + cash. I'll copy this into an email for you so you have it there too.

I prefer 14", but I'm flexible.
