Can some one please confirm if the SL5CH will work in a T20/T21/T22 machine or not?

I believe it will work in some of them, but I don't know how to tell which ones are compatible.

No, it will not work. The SL5CH requires a 133MHz FSB, the T20-22 run at 100MHz.
