I have:

1 stick of 256MB PC133 Infineon -7.5 SODIMM Ram = $35 shipped

1 IBM HD 20gb 9.5mm 4200rpm - $44 shipped

I'd like to trade either for one stick of 256MB PC100 SoDIMM that will work in my X20. The PC133 ram is High density and only 128 is recognized by my X20.

No offense Regis, but it would take both of your items to equal what a stick of lo-density 256MB PC100 memory is selling for.

really! i had no idea....just got the laptop on monday and have been running it with 192mb of RAM. Seems ok but thought I'd max it out.

Really! Lo-density 256MB PC100 memory is selling for between $75 and $80 plus shipping on eBay all the time.

You can sometimes luck out and find some for a "reasonable" amount (I got some recently for $45 each), but the prices have been stable around $75 for months.
