FS/FT 1gb DDR from Thinkpad T40

This came with my Thinkpad but I think I don't really need 1.5gb DDR. I would either trade this stick for a 512mb stick plus some cash or sell outright for $200.00 shipped.

I believe the T40 is shipped with PC2100. My T40 model # is 2373-92U.
