FS: PC5300 Ram module

I bought a 512 chip to upgrade my boss's laptop thinking that he had an open slot, but when I went to install the new chip I found he had two 256 chips...so I was only able to pull the one chip out...it is PC 5300 256 megs like new, only used a couple weeks...I am not sure what it is worth, but would be willing to listen to offers.
