WTB CPU for a T20

CMG650...or a compatible one...i believe this to be the correct number...can't find anything anywhere to tell me what part would be compatible.
To fit a T20-2647-21G
If anyone has one or one 100% compatible i'm in the UK...can use Paypal or any other method seller is comfortable with.

For T20:
SL53S - 1000Mhz
SL??? - 900MHz
SL??? - 800Mhz
SL4JZ - 700Mhz
Someone please add the missing numbers...
I have a tested 700Mhz one here, let me know if interested.

Thanks..i'll be quite honest and say that i'm not 100% sure on what would work...i've still a lot to learn and not very technical...was hoping someone would know exactly...sorry.
Been searching for ages for the exact FRU number so i don't make a mistake...given up and don't know what's compatible.
Original description: PIII 650MHz (256KB) 128MB RAM 6.0GB 13.3 XGA TFT 1024x768 24X-10X CD-ROM Modem TV out Li-Ion Win98.

I've upgraded the memory and hard drive and it's running XP...
Did have a PM from another member and i replied the above...haven't heard anything else so if any of those you mentioned will work can you give me a price including shipping.
