WTB: Hard Drive & RAM for my T22

I am trying to hold off on buying a new laptop as long as possible. Currently I have 2x128MB in my 900MHz T22 and it's running really slow. The slow hard drive and RAM are the bottleneck so I want to upgrade them.

Looking for at least a 30GB 5400RPM 2.5" hard drive
and 1x or 2x 256MB or 1x 512MB (if that exists) SODIMM SDRAM.

I don't believe you will ever find a 512MB PC100 low-density module. 2 x 256MB is the maximum you can put into the T22, which still should improve your computing experience.
