I have 3 Intel cards and 2 Atheros cards left over from various laptop upgrades/sales. These are bare cards, will need to download drivers from Lenovo website. They are genuine IBM/Lenovo FRUs. These will fit the T60, X60, R60, Z60, Z61 series thinkpads (I believe Z60T requires atheros card). Will fit other laptops too, but buyer responsible to check compatibility. Guaranteed against DOA. These are ABG capable cards (not N). Forsale to continental USA buyers only (sorry, no exceptions).

Both SOLD => Atheros AR5BXB6 (FRU 39T5578) $36 each including shipping

what's the difference between this atheros card and the atheros card associated with part number 40Y7026?

These are mini-pci express so won't work in a T40 because it takes mini-pci (not express).
