WTB: Thinkpad T23 or better

I am looking for a Thinkpad for a friend of mine. I might settle with a T23, but would prefer something faster, as one of her primary uses will be surfing MySpace. As many of you might know, there are generally a bazillion videos and audio clips running at the same time on each of their pages. (Ok, not really a bazillion...)
Anyway, the MAX that I am looking to spend is $350 shipped. I'd prefer to stay around $300. So, I might be interested in an R31, R40, T30, T4x (crossing fingers), or an A3x.
General requested specs: CDRW/DVD drive, 512mb+ ram, 30gb+ HD and decent battery. OS is not necessary, as I may already have the Recovery Disks needed.
Please respond here with any offers. I will probably give this a day or so here, while I am looking on eBay. I hope to have something in her hands by the end of next week.
