Will you sell XP when upgraded to Vista?

I am not a fan of vista, but I need a legal copy of XP pro with COA. I saw lot of people already upgraded to vista, there must be bunch of spare XP were not being used anymore. Will anyone can sell one copy to me? Thanks.

The XP COA is required for the Vista upgrade to be legitimate, so no one who upgrades will suddenly no longer have a use for it.

i have a new XP retail CD i would sell if the price reflects the effort in removing it from this box..
you would get all the paperwork, original CD, COA, packaging and so forth..
