both OEM from IBM, one built into my 2668, another that i got from them afterwards; Elpida, Infineon respectively.

Tested working, will accept returns within 15 days minus shipping if it's dead on arrival.

or are people just not interested since everyone's upgrading to 1gb.

If you live near Boston, try the Boston Craigslist. I have had much better luck selling computer parts there than on this forum.
