I have two 512MB PC133 sticks of RAM leftover from a T23 I recently sold, so I'm putting them up for sale here. I have the details below.

Stick #1: Made by Elpida, IBM FRU:19K4657 $50 shipped.

Stick #2: Infineon, P/N: HYS64V64220GBDL $50 shipped. SOLD!

Both of the modules have black heatsinks on them.

I would also consider a trade for a couple of 1GB PC2700 modules.
