UPDATE: Sold both several hours ago on the Boston Craigslist.

Up for sale is a matched pair of 2x512MB (i.e. 1GB total) PC2-3200 laptop/notebook memory modules. The brand is Hynix. Both have been tested to work flawlessly. You can get both for a total of $41 shipped, or get just one for $21 shipped. I accept non-CC PayPal.

Do you, or anyone else, know if this RAM works in the T30? If yes then do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately (for both you and me), it doesn't. You need PC2100 or PC2700 modules.
