Re: Monitor Stand

I'm at work so can't see what the parts numbers are on my monitor stands at home and I'm not familiar with the product name "convertible" monitor stand. Can you describe it? I do have a couple of Monitor stand 2000s at home, but not sure that these are what you are looking for.

I don't know if the Monitor stand 2000 can take in a thinkpad mini dock for T60 - if you can check it, I'll take it ...

I don't think the physical size is an issue since it seems like the docks keep getting smaller. I'll send you some dimensions when I get home. It does have some pegs (for lack of a better word) that are kinda "L" shaped that plug into a sliding base that hold the dock or port replicator in place. The there is a shelf above that which holds the monitor. I've had up to a 20" IBM P200 (Trinitron) CRT on that thing, so it'll hold almost anything.

I found some pics of the 2001 stand with google ... I see 3 sets of "locks" on that tray in one of the pics of the 2001 stand. I think the mini-dock might just work ... I will check tonight and post here ...
