WTB: T40p/41p/42p motherboard

I need a motherboard for my T40p (2373-G1U). I think that any motherboard from a T41p or a T42p will also work. (Can someone confirm this, btw?)

My system has the 64mb ATI Fire GL 9000 video card.

Yes, any motherboard from T40/p-T42/p would work, even a T43 motherboard but you would need to get the ExpressCard Cage to fit in the T43 motherboard. Your best bet is to get a T41p or T42p motherboard
