Because the type number is 1704, I don't think this X60s has the Ultralight LCD, which is very important for many people because it's brighter and lighter than the regular LCD. And because it has the 8-cell battery, the claim that it's "less than three pounds" is incorrect -- it's actually 3.46 lbs. I think the price is okay, but not great. The 2x1GB RAM used to be worth a lot of money, but not any more.
But ultimately it's up to you.

nowstime;
Looks like a great deal, if you can snag it at the 999.99 price.
Otherwise, you can pick up a refurbed X60 with a 1.83GHz Core Duo off the IBM site for $1,500.00. It won't come with the extra ram, or the docking station, but it is a 1706-5KU, which I believe is the lighter screen pianowizard talks about, also an upgrade in processor.
