Sold: IBM Combo Bluetooth/Modem CDC for T42, X31, X40 etc., $35 del. in U.S., PayPal preferred.
IBM FRU is 93P3471. Exact model is BMDC200 Rev. B. Also know as BMDC2 and IBM Integrated Bluetooth III with 56K Modem. Very confusing, I know.
It will work in many ThinkPad models including T40, T41, T42, X31, X40 and others. I have one installed in my T40. The Bluetooth II and Bluetooth III CDC's use the same installation package which is found on Lenovo's website.

This one appears to be unopened and unused (of course, I have no way to guarantee this...) It still has both Bluetooth MAC address stickers in the package with the adapter.
(Don't forget, if you're upgrading, you'll need an antenna - or you can use the AUX lead of your WiFi antenna - and you might want to buy the clear plate, which has the Bluetooth icon for the LED strips at the bottom of your LCD and on the back cover.) Please ensure your ThinkPad model supports this adapter prior to buying! For instance, the R50e does not support Bluetooth!
