WTB Thinkpad R60 (possibly T60) with 15" LCD

I'm looking to replace an R60e which I've recently given to my Dad with a similar spec R60/T60. Ideally I'm looking only for machines with discreet graphics (i.e. ATI x1400) and a 15" LCD is preferred as I recently purchased an appropriate UXGA IPS LCD panel to do a swap.

My general hope is a machine with around 2GHz or if slower, with a core 2 duo processor. I'd like 1GB+ memory. I've got a preference for having DVD RW and Atheros wireless.

I'm leaning towards R60 over T60 simply because of the slightly lower cost and the fact that I've successfully swapped LCD panels on those a couple times.
