FS or trade: dvd-rom for ultrabay 2000

I have a dvd-rom that came from the new to me T22.And from the looks of the laptop i bought it wasent used very much.
This T22 i bought is is all orginal even the battery(that only has 19 cycles on it).
FRU: 27L4213
It's 8x dvdrom
On the botton it says Toshiba Model # SD-C2512

Works great and look's like new.
I dont realy know what the value of it is but a quick serch on e-bay showes $25.00 to 40.00 for it.

I'm looking for a 256meg ram chip for the T22 or a hard drive for laptop.
Oh ya i'm in Canada so shipping will be extra but dont think it's that much.
