WTB R50 PLATE WITH BLUETOOTH LOGO

I HAVE A R50 THAT I HAVE ADDED A BLUETOOTH CARD TO, I NEED THE PLATE THAT HAS THE BLUETOOTH LOGO ON IT ON THE LCD SCREEN.....
A bit off your topic, but I was wondering what machine type your R50 is.
I have been unsucessfull in installing Bluetooth in mine.
