I am putting my precious T60 (2613-EKU) for sale. I bought this laptop last august, and it is flawless. I have maintained it perfectly, and it is top-notch shape, with no scratches. Cosmetically, this machine is a 10/10. The SXGA+ IPS screen is flawless, with no "sparkling" whatsoever and zero dead/stuck pixels. I have had a nushield protective cover installed, so the LCD is PERFECT (you can see this in the pic, some reflections are due to the nushield). There is no issue of any fan noise or heat with this T60 - machine works and runs great. Average temp. is 42C (as you see in pic below) and the fan if it comes on, does not make any noise. My asking price is $1699. Below are the specs and some pics.

I will include a free sleeve ($22 value, pic below) to the buyer. I don't want to go to ebay, prefer selling it here. Will ship in original box, with all manuals.

Specifications:

2 GHz T2500 Intel Core duo processor, machine is upgradable to Core 2 duo
2 GB RAM ( 1 x 2 GB )
100 GB 7200 RPM Hitachi 7k100 HDD
128 MB X1400 ATI GPU with beautiful 15" IPS SXGA+ LCD
M a t s u s h i t a DVD-RAM, 8X DVD burner
6 cell battery with only 3 cycles
Atheros a/b/g wireless
Bluetooth, Gigabit ethernet, Fingerprint reader
WinXp Pro CoA, XP install is very stable with all recent updates
Onsite Warranty till August 26, 2007

What pic (s)?

I wonder if you're selling this baby to invest money in buying upcoming T61?

Pics updated ... no I am not going to get a T61. I don't like widescreen laptops.

I recently sold an X31 on the forum, and the proceeds of this will go towards getting a laptop for my bro and a new lappy for myself later on, mostly another core duo T60.

Very very nice, clean and tempting machine. Most of all it's IPS too. I am sure it won't last longer.

By the way I can't help myself noticing that it does not have "lenovo" logo beside the "T60" series monogram. I always thought lenovo puts it on new models, apparently my 2005 bought Z60m did not have one too and all T60's I've seen had those!

Anyways good luck with your auction.

Man if someone would get a mortgage from my wife (market is in the toilet) I would buy this without thinking twice. Having Bill offer to do the escrow makes it that much better. Super nice machine!
