Thinkpad 600x's for sale

I have maybe two or three 600xs forsale. They are either 500mhz or 650mhz cpus. The come with no hard drives or extra memory. They come with hard drive covers, but no caddies. All units work fine, lcds work ok. There are some scuffs and scratches on the bodies. I will post more info about each individual units. There is no OS or COAs on the units either. If you have any questions please pm or email me. I do not have a digital camera, so no pics are available. I have bought some things and sold one 600E on the board. Prices are as follow:
No cdrom, no psu, I am not sure about batteries.
650mhz - $150 or obo plus shipping.
500mha - $125 or obo plus shipping.

I have done bussiness in more than one time with Glenn, i recommend him as a serious and communicative trader great to deal with.

Are you including a battery (working or not)? AC adapter? Optical drive? Floppy? Are the port covers intact? Machine type numbers would be nice too.
