My wife have decided to switch to a Mac (EEE!!!) and I am thinking of putting her T42 up for sale.

Its still IBM EZServ and ThinkPad Protection warranty till July 19th, 2007, which covers accidental spills and/or falls along with the usual.

We upgraded the RAM to 1GB, single SO-DIMM.

Currently its running Windows Vista (with full Aero effects) with a very decent performance but before selling I will restore the Windows XP from the rescue and restore CDs.

Battery was replaced 3 months ago and has 55 cycles on it.

The body is in good condition, however, there is a crack on the top right corner of the palm rest but it is covered under warranty so its just a matter of sending it in and getting it replaced.

I would say that $600.00-$700.00 is a good price for a machine with those specs.
