IBM ThinkPad AC/DC power adapter - works with all of the A/R/X/T series ThinkPads up through the T4x series. Includes AC plug, DC plug or car lighter power jack, DC plug for airline seat power jack, and a carrying case. Was provided by my company and never used (I mostly stopped traveling and have a T60 now) - $35 plus shipping
512MB RAM for P4 ThinkPad - pulled from a T30 - single DIMM DDR PC2199 CL 2.5 IBM branded FRU10K0033, manufactured by Samsung, was purchased new around 3 months ago - $35 plus shipping.
