I upgraded to 2 gigs on my T60 and need to get rid of my old RAM. One of the SODIMMS is the original thinkpad Samsung memory, and the other is Corsair branded. Both have been tested and worked perfectly for about a year now. I'm looking for about $40 for each shipped. Please send a PM.

I thinkp it's becuase everybody is getting the 1gb ram on-line for $34.99 with rebate. ($54.99-$20 MIR)..

Yeah, DDR2 prices suck right now (at least for us sellers).

That's why I quit stocking them.

Word on the street is that the manuf's have cut production on DDR2 HARD because of this, so about June you will see prices rebound. Get these while you still can at this price.
