After getting this and a T60p I decided to go with the T60p so I'm selling this. It is model 2373-Q1U. It has been upgraded with 2GB memory and Seagate 100GB 7200rpm drive. It came from IBM and has the EZ-Serv warranty until Feb 2008, which can be lengthened up to 2 further years. It also has an additional 3-year Mack warranty. It has a double-layer DVD writer, fingerprint reader, 128MB ATI FireGL T2 Video Graphics Adapter, IBM 802.11a/b/g wireless (MPCI), Bluetooth/Modem (CDC), Windows XP Professional, etc. It is almost as new, with just a few hours use that I put on it, except for a very slight scuff on the left side of the lid (as it came from IBM). Screen is great, no dead pixels. PM me if you're interested!

Do you have an asking price for this beast of a machine?

Oops - mistake in listing! It's a T42P of course, silly me.
If you PM me I'll tell you what I paid for it then you can make me an offer. I've had several inquiries - in a couple of days I'll sell to the highest offer or list it on eBay if they weren't high enough. Basically I just want to pass this on to someone who has been looking for just this machine and recoup as much as I paid as I can. As I said I got the T42p and the T60p at the same time, and decided to go for the T60p. I bought them privately both as unused machines as I wanted the 1600x1200 IPS screen and that isn't available direct from Lenovo any more. This isn't a money-maker for me! It is a lovely laptop, and the IPS Flexview screen is wonderful. The fan is quiet. The existing IBM warranty can be extended by one year for $80, two additional years for $129. The warranty is valid worldwide, according to the Lenovo website.
