WTB: MMC-1 PII CPU (366-400MHz)

I'm looking to upgrade my Tp770 from a 233MHz cpu to a whopping 366-400MHz cpu. Anyway, since the Tp770 is a fairly old machine, I'd like to spend as little as possible. Please let me know if you have one. Thanks...

I have this chip, I bought it off eBay awhile back for a laptop but did not use it. I did swap the chip in to another laptop to test that it was working.
