WTB:Thinkpad for about about $100.00

I'm looking for a thinkpad .Dont need a hard drive.
Something about the $100.00 range.
Like to get something with about 8meg for video.

I dont realy have anything in mind for a model.Could be the "T","X" , "R" , ect.

Let me know what you have.
Also if your in Canada i could do a e-mail money transfer.If in the USA i'll have to wait the 6 days for money to go into my pay pal.

What i realy like to find is a 600X with no ram or hard drive.But like to have a cd-rom.
Oh ya i only have about $100.00 now.
So can it be dont?Find a bare bones 600X for about $100.00 shiped to Canada?
If anyone has one that will fit this let me know.

Thanks for the few PM's on system's.
I have just paid for a T21 with Pay Pal.We'll see what it's like when it shows up.
This can be locked up also.
