WTB: 512 MB PC2700 RAM for T41

I had a barebones T41 for sale here sometime back - this was sold to another student locally. I'd like to buy a 512 MB stick for this T41, preferably a IBM part. Need not be new. I need this oretty soon (semester is starting on monday, the 14th of May). If you have one, reply here or PM me with a price.
