WTB: Fan for thinkpad R32 2658-A7U

The fan on my R32 is starting to make unhappy sounds, I suspect it may be approaching the end (the fan is coming on 3 years old).
I have looked around for replacement fans online, but have had a hard time finding fans that state they include the heat pad that the IBM manual says needs to be replaced at the same time.
Does anyone have one or know where I can get one? I couldn't even find one through ibm/lenovo!
